    Trust Score

Understand how Verifex.ai scores document authenticity, what each level means, and what to do next.

    Trust Score (0-100)

The Trust Score represents our confidence in the document's authenticity.

Higher scores indicate stronger evidence of document integrity. Lower scores indicate stronger signals of manipulation or synthetic generation.

Each score is calculated using multiple verification checks, including structural analysis, content consistency validation, metadata signals, and pattern detection.

Trust Score Levels & Recommended Actions

    80-100 - Verified

Assessment: Strong indicators of authenticity. No significant risk signals were detected.

Recommended Action: Proceed with standard approval workflows. For high-value or sensitive decisions, consider routine cross-verification in line with your internal policies.

    60-79 - Likely Authentic

Assessment: Mostly consistent signals. Minor anomalies may require attention.

Recommended Action: Proceed with caution. If the decision carries material financial or regulatory risk, consider requesting supporting documentation or conducting secondary verification.

    40-59 - Inconclusive

Assessment: Mixed or limited signals detected. Authenticity cannot be confirmed with high confidence.

Recommended Action: Request additional supporting documentation, verify the document source directly, or escalate for manual review before making a final decision.

    0-39 - High Risk

Assessment: Strong indicators of manipulation or synthetic generation were detected.

Recommended Action: Do not rely on this document without independent verification. Escalate for further investigation and request original or alternative documentation.
