Legal entity and acceptance

YOAV MOSER TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 517233946, provides the Verifex.ai services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, if acting for an organization, have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.

Services and Trust Score

The services allow users to upload documents and receive trust-related analysis, findings, and Trust Scores.

Trust Scores and related outputs are probabilistic decision-support signals. They are not legal, compliance, underwriting, or fraud determinations, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

User content

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and other user content.

You grant Verifex.ai the rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, and support your use of the services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content you upload.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, submit malicious content, interfere with platform security, or misuse the service in a way that harms others or attempts to build a competing product through prohibited means.

Fees, credits, and billing

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, invoices, and refunds are governed by the pricing page, checkout flow, any order form, and any customer-specific agreement. Taxes may apply unless stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Privacy, cookies, and security documents

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of the service documentation and explain how website and account data is handled, including the public cookie notice available at /cookie-policy.

DPA, BAA, security materials, and SLA commitments may be available by request or by signed agreement, depending on your plan and use case.

Third-party providers

The services may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment, analytics, or authentication providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Except for your user content, the services, software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to Verifex.ai or its licensors.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" except to the extent otherwise stated in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee that outputs are error-free or suitable for every regulatory, legal, or operational use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifex.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where needed for legal compliance, non-payment, security risks, or material violations of these terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Courts located in Israel will have jurisdiction unless another forum is agreed in writing.
